*Return Eligibility*
*Timeframe* : Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date.
*Item Condition* : To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
*How to Request* : Contact us at hywalls@gmail.com to request a return. Returned items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
*Shipping Responsibility:* Customers are fully responsible for the return shipping of the package back to us.
*Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items*
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hywalls@gmail.com right away so we can resolve the issue.
Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return unless clear proof is provided showing the package arrived damaged.
*Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items*
*Custom & Personalized Products:* Items made to order or specifically customized to your specifications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
*Sale & Promotional Items:* Products bought during clearance sales, seasonal promotions (e.g., Summer/Winter/Eid sales), discounted items, or orders placed using a promo code are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
*Exchanges*
If you wish to swap an item, request a return for your original product first.
Once approved and processed, a 35% exchange fee (calculated from the original invoice total) will apply to swap for the new product.
*Refund Process*
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
*Processing Fee* : If approved, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your original purchase total.
*Payout:* The remaining balance will be transferred to your preferred payment method within 3 to 12 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
